I need what depicted in the photo,but i use a 6ft pole with hook to open my windows. However these window locks break due to their not made to be used with pole.My wish is that your company has a heavy duty one that i could just swap out for the existing ones i have.

Unfortunately, sash locks are not meant to help the weight of the window as it is opened and closed. If the window sash is difficult to open and close, the issue is most likely with the balances on each side of the window, which are meant to support the weight of the sash.
If you are able to remove an undamaged balance from one of your windows, we would be happy to look into your replacement options. We may also be able to replace your locks as well, but it would not have a hole in the handle for a pole. We would need to see the entire lock mechanism and confirm the exact distance between the center of the installation holes to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
