The part is the pivot bar for an AKK AR America window. Photo is attached. Of note, the holes need to be threaded.

The closest we carry to your original is the 26-360 pivot bar, but unfortunately it is not threaded. We do not carry threaded pivot bars. If the dimensions match up to your original, you would need a #6 self tapping screw for installation. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
