Sears Replacement Vinyl Double Hung Window Part

Purchased house that has Sears replacement vinyl double hung windows. Found the following numbers on them 2NFS, WHA2Til and 93DHWI - not sure if any of those are of value. I would guess the 93 could be the year of manufacture. Have also attached three pictures. The upper sash has a broken plastic piece that slides in the frame. Can you identify the part? Also are there any instructions for replacing this part.

That might be it. Any instructions on how to get this out and replace. Have not dealt with these coil springs before but understand the concept.
