This lock looks very similar to our 40-049. I think this may be a good match for what you want but look it over and let me know if you agree!

thx's soooo much. will key cylinder for 40-049 work. my parts are working and are just missing the key cylinder plus attachment screws ???? again thx's

The 40-089 very well may work with your handle set, yes. It appears to have the same oval shape as your original. I would just make sure its dimensions match up to be safe.
