Sears double hung window pivot shoes

Home Owner from Ashburn, VA
I have Sears Double-hung windows. I assume they are 15-20 years old. Two of the pivot lock shoes have broken off. I have not been able to find the exact matches. The shoes run on a 1.25" wide track. The width is 7/8". They are 1.5" in height. Thank you for your guidance on possible replacement alternatives.

This looks like our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. Note that some older versions of this shoe have a slightly different metal cam design. We recommend swapping out the old cam with the one in the new shoe to ensure the replacement shoe is compatible with your window's pivot bars.

I also have Sears replacement windows and are very happy with them but the heat has taken its toll on the plastic pivot shoes. My cam looks similar to the one in the post but the plastic part is completely missing. I've enclosed a photo of a functional one. Any direction you can give me is appreciated.

Hello! My recommendation remains the same as Bob's: our 15-192 looks like the best option. In your case you probably won't have to reuse the metal cam, as Bob suggested, but you likely will need to shave or cut off the front aligners (those bumps you see on the face of our shoe). Otherwise the 15-192 may not comfortably fit in the track.
