Sears pivot shoe

Question

This is broken and window will obviously not stay open.  What do I need to repair this? Just the pivot shoe or is this piece broken off from a larger piece?  Any help appreciated!

This is the old Simonton brand coil balance shoe. They don't make these anymore, unfortunately. Our 15-192 is very similar but it's made by a different company. I've had many customers tell me that it's not an ideal fit and that it was necessary to shave it down a little.
