Season All Window Latch

Question

I have an older home with season all windows. The bottom sash glass is broke and one of the top latchs is busted. I'm wanting to price a new window sash. It's a rental house so I haven't cleaned the window yet Sorry for the dirtiness in the picture. I'll have to get the measurements for you but is the sash something I could get from you? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell replacement sashes, unfortunately. Your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer or a local sash fabricator for assistance.

We may be able to help with the tilt latch but we will need you to write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center.
