Season shielld Aluminum windows

A home owner from Georgia says:
Some of our windows will not stay up. They have a spiral rod that can no longer be connected to the bottom part. Several appear deteriorated over time. I don't think the company is in business any longer. Can you help identify the part I need. It appears to be 1 1/4" inside the channel. Thank you so much.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

This part is called a pivot shoe. I believe this might be either our 15-178 or 15-188, but I can't say for sure from a damaged piece. You'll need to remove an intact version and compare with both shoes to see which matches best.

A home owner from Georgia says:
Bob, what's the return policy. What if I purchase 6 of each (178 and 188) and only use the right size, once I tackle the project? Thanks.

Sure, you can order both if you want and see which is the best fit. See our Return Policy here
