Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to get started. If you could show us the end of the spiral of an intact balance that connects to the pivot shoe, that would help us narrow down your options. We'll also need to know if the plastic housing tube measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter.

We should be able to replace your tilt latches as well but the part shown in your photo is too damaged to identify. If you could show us an intact latch from the other side or an identical window, we can go from there. Thank you.

the tube for all the windows are 3/8" diamater

In that case, take a look at the S900-29 and S900-35 spiral balances. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your color option based on the weight of the sash.

As for the tilt latches, I'd recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 to an intact version of your part.

It also looks like the bracket at the top of the pivot shoe where the spiral balances attach is broken. We should be able to supply the shoes as well but we would need to see yours uninstalled, as well as have you write out the width and thickness to compare to our selection.
