Seasonshield Single Hung, Tilt, Vinyl Windows with Spiral Balance

Home Owner from Headland, AL
I have Seasonshield Vinyl windows on my house that were purchased in 2004. On two of them, I need to replace the Spiral Balances, and on one of them the Pivot Shoe is broken. The tubes are 3/8" with a white plastic piece at the bottom. They have a white plastic sleeve around them. The top connects to the window with a screw, the bottom has two perpendicular pieces that catch into the shoe like your S900 balances. The tubes for one window are 25" long, and the other one is 35" long. The channel that the shoe slides up and down in is 1.25" wide, and the channel opening is 0.75" wide.

Do you have the replacements parts for this brand?

Thanks for posting! Can you confirm the diameter of the outer tube? That's the diameter you want to measure, not the inside spiral. I think it may be 5/8". If so, see our Series 600 spiral balance.

As for the pivot shoe, there are two possibilities, our 15-178 or 15-188. Carefully compare them to what you have now and let me know if one of these could work.
