My windows are 1996 Seasonshield. We have two that we can't open anymore. I've included a picture of the broken part. Do you folks have replacements for these?

Thanks for posting. Take a look at our Series 770 Channel Balances. You will need the measure the length of the metal channel to identify the proper length to select. You must then select a stamp option. Your stamp is a little strange; could you weigh your window sash? You can that compare that precise weight with the weight ranges listed with each stamp option on the product page. Let us know what you think!
