What are these guides called? There are four on the single hung sash. One picture with it missing, pic with it installed.

Hi there! This part is called a face guide and we carry a few which you can see here. To determine which one you have, can you remove your face guide from the window and show us some pictures?

Thank you! We don't carry your exact face guide but take a look at our 67-014 and 67-026 snap-in face guides. I can't say for sure that they'll work but compare our dimensions to yours and see what you think.
