Hello:
The photo is of a lock that just broke on the top of our sliding glass patio door. The doors are identified with Guardian, Geneva New York.
Your help is greatly appreciated in finding this part.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we do not carry your exact secondary patio door lock as you show in your photo. We do have a selection of possible substitutes that I've listed on this page. I myself like the 80-006 and have used it a lot in my own repair jobs. Take a look and see what you think.
