I am confident that we can provide you with a replacement balance, however, to be absolutely sure, I'll need to see a photo of the balance removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see the shape of the channel and I'll also need to see how it attaches to the top of the window.

The last piece of information I'll need is the stamp/marking from the metal channel of the balance.
