Have hinge only markings 3045,612, 03087.67, 047X0
Hinges work but dont hold door snug. Looks as if white tab inside hinge has sheared off?
What brand hinge is this and what replacements do you offer?

I am afraid we do not have an exact match. Start with taking a closer look into the 32-345 hinge. See if this could be adapted to work for your cabinet.
