SORRY for our ignorance, but do NOT know which item to purchase on your site that is exact match to our broken balance?!

Pls advise and instruct so we may buy the RIGHT ONE?! Ours currently says 29-3 on it... Pls see our photos....

Hi Fay. Check out our S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2930.
