Seeking 2730 BSI Channel Balance

Thanks for posting. I am confident we can replace these channel balances; but I'd like to see a clearer picture of each nylon fitting at either end of the balance. From there, we can work out what you need. Many thanks. 

Thank you for the photos. These will work. If the metal length portion of your balance measures 28", then either our S351-28 or S390-28 will work. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure your bottom balance shoe, the way it is shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances is the better match. Whichever one chosen will go with a 2730 option, which holds a sash weight of 13-19 pounds.

Thank you! In that case, I recommend our S351-28 channel balance. Like Manuela said, you also want to select the 2730 option when prompted.
