Seeking Channel Balance 'Tab'

A quick learner from Palm Harbor FL says:
The channel balance that I ordered is fine, but the tab at the top of the channel is broken on one side so the new channel balance stays up when I reinstall the window. Do you have this tab?

Thanks for posting. Looks like you need to replace your Top Sash Guide. You can see are selection of Top Sash Guides here. To help you identify yours, could you remove one, preferable an undamaged verison, and show us 'mugshot' pictures from the front and side? Any dimensions would also be useful. Many thanks.

Thanks for the photos. See our 18-032 to start. Carefully compare the various specs listed on the product page to your old top sash guide, and let us know if you think this could work for you.
