Our house was built in 1985 using these window handles and several have worn out.

I'm afraid I can't identify what you have based on this photo. Your locks appear to be missing their installation bases, which is a vital detail.

For now, see our 38-060 and 38-065 for two possible replacement options. Be sure to carefully review the dimensions for both products to verify which, if either, is a good match. You're going to want an undamaged version for a point of reference.
