Seeking confirmation on part replacement

Question

My existing channel balances are either stiff and failing or have already come out on their own. The only markings on my channel balances are "16 4 BSI DR" as seen in the pictures. Based on measurements (16 and 1/4” for the channel balance, 9/16” width, and 1” shoe depth) it looks like I need S380-17, but would like the experts to confirm! Additionally, is there any other hardware I should purchase for my windows? It's just the broken channel balances and nothing really else in the window.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The window balance you have is an Extended-Travel Channel Balances. While they are fairly similar to the more common balances, displayed on the website, they aren't interchangeable, unfortunately.

I'm happy to provide you with a quote for the replacements, but I'll need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances, since they are considered a custom assembly.

Unlike the Series 380, the length of the channel should be 16-7/8" and it has the wheel and clip on the shoe.
