Seeking keyed entry

Question

I have an 8' sliding glass door from an unknown manufacturer. The attached picture show the inside handle and the inside lock above it. I would like to replace the 'inside only' lock to a keyed lock that could be used from the outside. As an alrenative, a keyed could be added above this. Do you have any suggestions?
