Seeking replacement of (4) Buchmin Industries Mirror door roller assemblies

Question

Recently ordered and received (4) SWISCO Mirror door roller assemblies that were TOO LARGE (SEE Item # 23-092 Mirror Door Roller Assembly, 1-1/8"...Order # 2126584), and will attempt to return them. Having searched your website, I cannot find any that might be smaller, slimmer, of compatible size that would fit within the bottom of the mirror doors (1/2") mounting gap.

The door keeps derailing, so after having examined and cleaned the floor roller tracks, I suspected that the roller assemblies might be the issue. Sure enough one of them was broken. The screw hole that secures the assembly to the bottom edge of the door (opposite the wheel end of the assembly) had sheared/ came off. So the whole roller assembly at one end of the door was loose, and wobbly.

These closet mirror doors are about 40yrs(?)old. Do you still carry any metal roller assemblies that are less than (2") in total length, (1/2") thick maximum, and with a roughly (7/8") diameter metal roller wheel? And if not, where I could find a set of (4) with these specs? Much appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out to us. The roller shown here looks very similar to the 81-247. You'll need to carefully compare the dimensions with your old roller to see how they match up. I'm afraid rough measurements or guesses won't suffice.
