Seeking replacement screen door hardware

This screen door was installed on our home before we moved in over 10 years ago. We are not certain of the manufacturer - there are no markings that I can see on the door - and the hardware has begun to tarnish and show wear. We are also missing the keys for the door - there were none provided by the previous owner. There are no markings on the hardware itself either. My wife would very much like to replace the handle and lock hardware with something new. Can this hardware be identified by chance? I realize this may be very difficult with no markings or identification information. Thank you in advance.
