Seeking this part - sticker says the window is: 4148 casement p.l.#466-004

Question

I am looking for the casement window lock to replace my broken one. I can't seem to find it anywhere or am looking up the wrong terms.

Can you please help me find this part?

On sticker on the window it says:
4148 casement p.l.#466-004

Seeking the casement side lock for the window.

This lock is very similar to our 38-096, but I recommend carefully going over our dimensions to ensure that everything lines up. If not, let me know how and we can try to find something better.
