Seeking to ID replacements

I understand the pile weathersipping but not sure what the pieces at the bottom of the movable pane and bottom of the immovable pane is called.

I'm afraid I don't understand your question. Were you looking to ID the weatherstripping off your window? If so, I need you to remove a sample and show us a clear shot of the end profile. We will also need detailed dimensions. The video below will go into more detail.
