Hello!

It appears your balance uses a 7/8" deep shoe such as our 15-029. We have no stock balance with this shoe so this will need to be a custom order. Can you confirm the number of balances you're looking for? I can draft a price quote from there.

Please clarify if the only change to the 380-35 is to replace the 1" shoe by using the 7/8" shoe 15-029. If so, would be a lot more inexpensive for me to buy the 380-80 plus the 15-029 shoes and pins and replace them myself? All together, I am replacing channel balances to about 26 windows ((14 windows (3440- 35"); 10 windows (2940); 1 window (2605-28"); and 1 window (2320)). Thanks, Fernando

Sure, if you'd rather swap the shoes out yourself then that's a totally viable option. Drilling out the rivet and then re-riveting the new shoe in place is a process a lot of customers don't like to do, so we offer to do it in our shop to save a step. It's not at all mandatory.

Please give me a quote to replace the bottom attachment of channel balance 380 with attachment 15-029 (7/8"). I may need about 50 380 channels of different lengths (3440, 2940, etc). I tried to replace myself but don't know how to handle thr spring tension. Fernando

We can certainly assemble balances with the 19-002 top and 15-029 bottom fittings. I would just need to know the exact quantity you'd like for each stamp in order to get this moving for you.
