Exterior Type: Aluminum Clad
Visible Glass Width of Bottom Sash (Inches): 19"
Visible Glass Height of Bottom Sash (Inches): 19"
Visible Glass Height of Top Sash (Inches): 19"
Jambliner Color: White
The weight of the upper sash is 13.4 lbs
The weight of the lower sash is 14.3 lbs

Thanks for writing in! There is a good chance we can supply you with the replacement balances needed for your windows. Although, I will need to see at least one of them removed from the jamb liner to make the most accurate replacement recommendation.
I am looking to see the attachment from the bottom of the balance and any that could possibly be on the top of the balance.
Unfortunately, we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for the jamb liners.
