Semco Window Hardware

Home Owner from Helena, MT
My house has all Semco casement windows. The house was built by me, and finished in 2000. I am currently sanding, staining, and varnishing the interior wood on these windows. I had one window out of the opening, and when trying to install it back into the opening, I broke the little black plastic piece that is an integral part of the upper hinge . The windows have two hinges that are identical on the top and bottom of each windo. I have attached pictures of the hinges, but while thee windows are installed. I hope you can help me find the parts that I need.
I will surely purchase a few of them just to have spares on hand. If you really need me to remove the window for better pictures I can do that, but would really rather not just in case another hinge breaks.
Thanks,
Chuck

Hi Chuck, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately the black guide is not available by itself. The full hinge will need to be replaced. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 or the 36-049 2- bar hinge set depending on the length of the track. Note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.

Take a look and let us know if you have any additional questions!
