I need to replace broken/cracked Window Jams and counter balance. Double hung wood windows. Semco brand. Installed in 1992, Westerville Ohio.
Counter Balance have 24HD stamped in them.

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, we do not carry replacement jamb liners.
We may be able to supply new balances for your window but we will need to see your balance removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Does anyone supply the liners?? I have several that are cracked and broken.

A local millwork may be able to fabricate new liners for your wood windows.

Maybe I am using the wrong language...I was calling the plastic tracks that the window sashs slide in the Jamb lining. are we talking about the same thing?

Yes, the plastic track is a jamb liner and the metal channel is a balance. I hope that clarifies things.
