Hello,
We have four Semco double-hung windows (photos 1-4) that do not tilt in properly and/or do not stay open. The repair person we hired took the attached photos and said we need four new "bottom anchor points" for our windows, but I cannot find a part by that name. Based on the photos and the problem I've described, do you recognize the part(s) we need?
Photo 5 shows a Semco crank window that needs a new crank mechanism. Would this be an EntryGard? The window opens on the left side.

Hi there!
It looks like you're referring to your pivot bar. In that case, we'd need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed from the sash, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory.
As for your operator, we'll need to see it uninstalled from the window so that we can see the entire mechanism, arms and all.
