This is a Semco awning window that was installed in 1997. The internal cranking mechanism is broken. Do you have a replacement part available?

Hi Mike. Start by looking at our 39-083 or 39-140. Compare both with your old operator, particularly their respective wingspans, to confirm which is the best match. If you need a new handle as well, see our 39-114L.
