I am looking for replacement parts for a semco awning window. The threading is messed up inside the assembly and will not hold the window closed. The window dimensions 31"×18.25" glass only.

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you open the window and show us a photo of the arms that move the window sash? I'm afraid we can't use this photo to ID your operator, but seeing the arms should help.
