Semco balance no tension in nylon cord.

Hello, thank you for writing in! It's hard to say without seeing the balance removed from the window, but it looks like this would likely need to be a custom balance utilizing our 15-233 shoe. However, in order to confirm we will need to see the assembly removed from the window, and will also need an exact dimension for the length of the metal channel. When determining this dimension, be sure to measure only the metal channel and do not include any of the attachments. Thanks!
