House was built in 1995. Semco casement wood window. Need a replacement handle assembly.

Entry Guard Truth on arm 30744. Lower arm reads 4558A.
Can you help identify what part I need?

Your photos resemble the 39-031 EntryGard operator. Review the dimensions below, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm. We also offer the 39-032 opposite-handed version of this assembly. Both parts use the 39-107FK handle and cover kit. Thanks for posting!

So I need a 39-031 or 39-032?
When I face the window from inside the house the window swings open to the right (hinges are on right).

The handing of these operators is determined by the position of the gears on this base. Your assembly has the gears mounted on the left side, which matches the 39-031.

Do I also need ro replace the brackets that the arms are attached to or can I use my existing ones?

You should be able to reuse the original brackets as long as they're still in good condition. We do offer the 39-516 and 39-517 brackets if any of them do need to be replaced. Review the dimensions below compared to your bracket.
