Hello, David. I'm sorry to say that you will need all new operator mechanisms entirely. That worm gear is not meant to come out; if it has, that means that the gearing is stripped out. Total replacement is your only option.

I can help, but I will need a clear picture of the whole operator. I would ideally like to see it out of the frame but I at least need to see as much of it as possible. Keep in mind that the less of it that's visible, the less likely I'll be able to find a match.
