Semco casement window crank replacement

A home owner from Wauconda, IL says:
Hi, I have looked on your site and can't find what I need. Our casement windows have this Semco crank, one has broken so that the screw piece at the end will not go back into the cover piece to open and close the window. I am unsure of exactly what to order and what will fix this issue. Thank you!

Hello,

We can't say for sure without seeing the arms of your operator that move the sash in and out but you can start by comparing our 39-031 and 39-032 operators to yours. Compare your measurements and If it doesn't match up, please remove it from the window and provide us with your measurements to continue researching. Thank you!
