Semco casement window operator unit

I have semco casement window. For some window operator doesn't work. Please let me know which part would work?

Take a look at our 39-032. Check the sizes of the two arms with your operator and other dimensions to make sure they match. You might need to remove your operator from the window to get a good look at it.
