Hello,

I believe we can supply replacement balances for you but they will have to be custom made. I'm thinking something like our S751-25 channel balance but with the default shoe swapped out for our 15-197. To confirm, I'd like to see a picture of an undamaged knife lock shoe removed from the window.

If everything checks out, we'll just need to know how many you need and we can get started for you!
