Semco window

Question

I have a Semco tilt window and when the bottom window is opened and raised, the top window comes down. Have to assume the part I see in the track needs to be replaced.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The shoe shown in your first photo reminds me of the 15-233. However, we'd like to see it removed from the window to confirm. If this is indeed what you have, it will have to be a custom order.

Can you confirm the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on the back of it? How does the balance mount to the top of the window? Additionally, is the metal channel ribbed or plain?
