Semco window crank part

Question

Looking for this part which is inserted in the crank mechanism of a semco dual  arm window crank.  Also I don't know if there is supposed to be a pin which keep this part from unscrewing when the crank is turned.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to replace that nut that came out. When the worm gear has become unscrewed, that means that the gears are all stripped out. These are machine pressed at the factory so they cannot be repaired or replaced. Your only option is a new operator.

I'd start by looking at our 39-083. This is similar to the hardware in your photo, but look it over and see if you agree.
