This is a Truth casement hinge from Semco window mfctrd around 1991. 40577 stamped on hinge arm (5 1/2 in long)
Do you guys sell these?

We do! Well, we don't sell this exact hinge, but we sell a hinge set that will work just as well. The only catch is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time, so that the window's operation is symmetrical. See our 36-048 and let me know what you think.
