Trying to find the window balances that match
This window. There was a part number on the photo. The window will not still up at all.
The balance are damaged.

Hello,

I suspect that you may need the S751 channel balance for your windows but I would recommend following the related video to remove your balance and confirm that it's a match. Also, we suspect that your balance stamps are from a different weight system than the one used for our balances, so you'll need to confirm the sash weight for your 21" and 27" balances to follow the strength option chart under the balance product descrptions. Thank you!
