Hello! I need replacement parts for my Sequel window. I'm hoping you can help me find a replacement balance that will work, as I can't find an exact match. Thank You!!

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us. We may be able to help with this via custom order. Our ribbed Series 751 comes to mind but the shoe that this balance comes with by default is different. Can you show me a close-up shot of the metal tab on the knife lock shoe? I want to confirm if it has the same rounded tab as shown below. May I also see a photo of the stamp printed on the metal channel?

Hi Emily, Thanks for getting back to me. Here are the pictures. The shoe looks similar though it's only 1" high and not 1-7/16". I can't tell if it's broken at the top. The width and depth measurements are the same. Hopefully, this helps. It will be nice to be able to open that window with summer coming. ? Holly

Thanks for waiting while we looked further into this, Holly. I consulted one of our senior experts and it appears customers with the "shorter" shoe shown here were able to use the default shoe that comes with the Series 751. They also had success using the 15-233

If you're interested in not going the custom order route, you may be able to use the S751-30 with the 29TG stamp. You would also need the 19-030 long S-clip (sold separately). Your metal channel should measure 30" long but we recommend confirming.  Can you also confirm the depth and width of the metal channel?

Hi Emily,

Yes, the length of the channel is 30". The depth and width are both 1/2".

Thanks for all your help, and for including the videos! (:
