Install in 2009. Four windows. All balances having issues. THD saying they cannot find parts. Can you help.
Not sure I can remove the part. They are heavy wood windows.

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an intact balance fully removed from the window. Please make sure to include both ends and any fittings used for installation. We understand that they are heavy windows and are not easy to work with but seeing the entire balance is necessary for identification.
