The serial or ID# in the back of the crank is 7198-17. Screws have rotted as well as the crank.

Thanks for posting! Your casement window operator seems to be an exact match to our 39-146 Andersen Window Operator. The opposite handed version is the 39-147. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the correct replacement for repairs.
The compatible handle is the 39-286 Casement Window Handle.
