Series 160 Coil Balance Quote

Question

I am looking for the replacement of a broken coil window balance. The number I see on it is 7. do not see this number in your weight list.  The original is flat end, no narrow end or slot, only a round hole for the attachment screw.

Hello there. What you're describing doesn't sound like it's necessarily a Series 160 Coil balance spring. Can you show us photos of the spring? I'd also like to know the width of the spring tape. Finally, show us a photo of the pivot shoe the spring attaches to. The identity of the pivot shoe narrows a lot down.
