Series 3410 Awning window "ball-socket" slides for operator track

Looking for replacement plastic "ball socket" slides for operator tracks for Series 3410 awning windows. These are older....probably 90's era Milgard (?). Second photo shows available product info: Series 3410 Awning; Product line: #032-149. Hoping I can purchase just the "ball socket" .....saw the whole operator track on a parts list for Milgard 3410 series windows from 2013.
