Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this. It will just have to be a custom order due to the 86 stamp. That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts.
Can you upload photos of the top and bottom fittings? We'd also like you to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe. Additionally, how many balances are you looking to replace?

When you ask for photos of top and bottom fittings are you referring to the balance? Also what is and how do I confirm the depth of the bottom shoe. As of right now I only need to but I'm actually thinking of replacing all window balances in my home and I believe there might be 2-3 windows that size but not sure at the moment. I will be placing an order for other balances that you have in stock,

Yes, the fittings we need to see are attached to both ends of the metal channel of the balance. See the image below showing how the bottom fitting depth is measured.
