Thanks for reaching out to us. That's a very uncommon size for a Series 350 balance. We definitely can't make this Series in that length. Can you verify that the Series 350 is what you have? There's a special type of balance sometimes made in this size that looks similar to the Series 350, but is incompatible.

I can verify that for you but we will require photos of the original assembly. I specifically need to see the top end, bottom end, and the hook at the end of the cord. Please make sure the balance is undamaged and removed from the window prior to taking your photos.

Here's a couple of photos. Does this help?

It does, yes! Thank you for the photos. I can verify that this is not our Series 350. You have what's called an "extended travel" channel balance, named for its unique block and tackle configuration.

We can supply this, but only as a special order as it's not a stock part. Before we go any further, however, I need to see the clip at the end of the cord that I requested previously. I also need you to tell me the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce. Finally, please tell me the quantity of balances you needed to order.

Thanks for getting back to us! I'm sorry for the miscommunication: the sash is the glass panel that these balances support. I need to know how much that weighs so that we can properly calibrate the replacement balances.

For full transparency, this exact model isn't made anymore. They stopped making it, so we can no longer sell it. The good news is that there's a modern version that works in all the same applications. The catch is that the springs are calibrated slightly differently, which is why we need this information from you to begin with.

Everything else checks out and this should be a routine special assembly.

Ah...okay, understood. I'm out of town until the weekend, so I'll get the sash weight to you then. Thanks again for the help.
