Hello! I measured the shoe and it's slightly longer than 1" so is this a Series 350 channel balance? Thank you!

Hi there! Would it be possible for us to see a photo of the top fitting? I'm afraid it isn't possible for us to do so from this photo alone. We'd also like you to write out the precise depth of the bottom fitting.

Hi Emily! Thank you for getting back to me.

I used a caliper to measure the bottom depth it's 2.8cm converting to approximately 1.1" I think.

I also attached a couple pics of the top fitting. Let us know what you think, thank you!

Thank you kindly! This doesn't appear to be the Series 350 but either the Series 380 or Series 385. The S380 has a 1" deep bottom fitting and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep bottom fitting. These are our best options based on what you have but take a look and see what you think.
